15-Day Return/Exchange Period
Your window to decide starts ticking on the day your eyewear arrives.
Pristine Condition Rule: To qualify for a refund, your return must be in brand new, unworn condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. We’re sticklers for this.
Quality Control: We hold the right to turn down returns that don’t meet our standards. We believe in keeping things top-notch.
Return Label Option: For domestic returns, we offer a return label for a $20 flat fee. Of course, if you prefer to handle shipping on your own, check out the manual return instructions below.
Restocking Fee Notice: Returns above $1000 will face a 9% restocking fee deduction from the refund. It’s all about balance.
Exchange Protocol: If an exchange comes back to us, there’s a $20 return label fee for each one. Let’s keep the process smooth.
Special Lens Handling: Rx and custom/polarized/tinted lenses are non-refundable. We stand by our quality – if you are not satisfied with the quality of your lenses, you are eligible for a one-time complimentary redo if the prescription needs to be corrected.
Frame Wear and Tear: We reserve the right to return frames back to you if they show signs of wear and tear and do not meet our quality control standards.
Time Limit: Keep in mind, we’re all about timely decisions. Returns beyond 15 days won’t make the cut.
Final Sale Items: Some products are final sale – no returns allowed. It’s the end of the road.
Refund Process: We’ll channel your refund right back to the original payment method. Expect the funds within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
