**Domestic Shipping Policy**

At LuxEyes, our commitment is to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience within our national boundaries. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

For certain cases, such as special orders or made-to-order items, additional processing time may be required. You can find more information regarding shipping specifics on each product page under the “shipping” section.

It’s important to be aware that taxes, and related charges are not included in the listed prices or shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If uncertain, we recommend checking with local authorities prior to making a purchase. Such charges are typically collected by the shipping company upon delivery or package pickup.

We strive to process all online orders swiftly, usually within 1-2 business days.

By default, our frames are shipped with a signature requirement upon delivery. However, during the checkout process, you have the option to opt out of this requirement. It’s important to understand that if you choose to opt out, LuxEyes will not be held responsible for any issues related to missing or undelivered packages.

USPS Express Overnight requests are only eligible for FRAME ONLY purchases. They must also be received by 1PM Pacific Standard time for same day shipping. Otherwise they will be mailed out the following business day. 

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
